There are many different types and styles of massage. Often the choice of massage will depend on your needs and what your purpose is for receiving the massage. Sometimes, it will be for relaxation and rejuvenation, other times, there may be a specific injury or body ache/pain that you would like addressed. At Sabai, we will pull from our "tool box", and use the techniques that work best for you in your particular session.
